Education - We provide a combination of learning at your own pace, masterminds, and 1:1 specialty sessions all around branding and mindfulness to be the perfect start to your entrepreneurship journey.

Philanthropy - Through sTRYv, we work to provide underprivileged areas with educational supplies to ensure education isn't limited by a family's financial situation.

We're constantly working on the business - we went from working 40+ hours to 24/7 and learned that the racing thoughts of a business owner never end.

I’m passionate about empowering business owners through education to know access the executive mindset and break through limiting beliefs and run a successful company.

My background is in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Math. This means that I not only like to make sure things work but I enjoy knowing the why. I believe that understanding the 'why' is the only way to ensure that it can be used in all aspects of life.

My work allows entrepreneurs to fully understand branding to make them a more confident CBO and advocate for their micro empire to get their business to the next milestone.

On the pod, on coaching calls with my delightful clients, at the pool/by the water, making dinner, curled up on the couch with all the pets.

DAILY RITUALS:

Pet cuddles, morning routine, a morning cup of coffee (or 3!), listening to podcasts or an audiobook while enjoying some fresh air and stretching on the deck

I love a night just to relax and enjoy the scenery or a movie, with some hot cocoa, or ice cream to round out the mood.
